Need to follow how your mum, dad, sister, brother, daughter, son, best friend, boyfriend etc is doing? No problem, we have the answers, just head here...

With only a couple of days to go, conditions look set to be perfect. Only three per cent chance of rain, overcast, light breeze with highs of around 11C.
Roads will be closed across south east and central London between 4am and 7pm, while buses in central London and Greenwich will terminate early, or be diverted, from 6.30am to 7.30pm. DLR will run a changed service until 5pm. CLICK HERE FREE SIGNUP TV

For spectators, Transport for London says: "London Underground, London Overground and the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) all have extra services on event day, and this is by far the best way to get around. Tube services in central areas will be running as normal, but please be aware that services may be extremely busy. The Jubilee, Circle and District lines, and DLR have stops in close proximity to the Marathon route and are likely to be busier than usual."
If you want to follow your loved ones and try to get a glimpse of them as they pass, we suggest that you avoid very crowded areas, where it can be difficult to find a viewing spot, hard to move around and tough to get in and out.

Busy areas include Greenwich town centre and the Cutty Sark. While the ship is undoubtedly a beautiful backdrop for the race, the crowds that are attracted here can make spectating uncomfortable and transport in and around Greenwich becomes particularly busy. We strongly advise spectators to avoid this area.

Tower Bridge is always extremely busy, as is anywhere from mile 24 to the finish in The Mall. Obviously many of you will eventually end up in this area later on in the day as you head to the runner meet and greet area in Horse Guards Road.

Chris Newton became the quickest celebrity ever in 2014 when the world champion cyclist swapped out the bike for his own legs, setting an impressive time of 2:45:10.
Andy Murray on starting the race: “It’s an honour to be asked to start the London Marathon. It’s such an amazing race that means so much to so many people.

"It raises millions each year for charity and helps inspire people to get active. I have nothing but admiration for everyone who runs - I may even run it myself one day.”
World record holder Eliud Kipchoge should complete victory, with Mo Farah going for second place, while we think Mary Keitany could be in line for her fourth London Marathon win.
